For the purposes of applicable data protection laws, Richemont is the controller of personal data processed through the Portal. Corsearch operates and supports the Portal on Richemont’s behalf as a service provider.

About the Platform

The Platform is operated and supported by Corsearch on behalf of Richemont.

The Platform is intended solely for authorised users, including Richemont personnel, approved brand representatives and authorised Corsearch personnel supporting Richemont’s brand protection activities.

Richemont may restrict, suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time.

Personal data submitted through or collected via the Platform is processed in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy made available through the Platform.

Richemont and Corsearch do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or free from interruptions, errors or security vulnerabilities.

The Platform may be modified, suspended or discontinued at any time without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Neither Richemont nor Corsearch shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

Suspension and Termination

Richemont may suspend, restrict or terminate access to the Platform at any time where it reasonably believes that:

  • Use of the Platform creates security, legal or operational risks;
  • Continued access is no longer required for business purposes.

Termination of access does not affect any rights or obligations accrued before termination.
